Problem
Get the word out about Drunk Shakespeare and get more pre-show ticket sales.
Users
Theater people
People who like to drink
English majors (former or current)
People who frequent High Dive - ages 21-50
People who have gone to RHPS at High Dive
Stakeholders
High Dive - the venue - they are depending on ticket/alcohol sales for what are typically slow nights. The success of the show will determine if they do it again.
The Plastered Players - the troupe putting on the show - the success of the show will determine whether High Dive asks them to do a show again.
Other info
The venue has had other shows like this in the past. One of their more popular local shows is Rocky Horror Picture Show. There has the potential to be a lot of crossover from that, however RHPS has its own cult following that may not translate.
